We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident relations, and maintain our premium standards of co-living.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage resident check-ins, check-outs, and onboarding documentation
- Address resident inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and gracefully
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security personnel
- Supervise daily operations including dining service audits and facility upkeep
What We Look For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Prior experience in hospitality, hostel management, or property operations preferred
- Proficient in basic computer tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
- A proactive problem-solver with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Office Boy / General Assistant
We are looking for a reliable, honest, and helpful Office Boy / General Assistant to assist with daily administrative errands, welcome guests, and ensure clean support logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist staff and residents with basic errands and hospitality tasks
- Help coordinate utility operations and oversee supply distribution
- Handle courier reception, local deliveries, and basic purchase requests
- Support standard front desk operations and coordinate property checks
What We Look For
- Polite behavior, reliable work ethic, and clean background record
- Familiarity with local areas and markets in Ahmedabad
- Basic speaking skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Prior experience in corporate offices, hotels, or PG premises is a plus
Caretaker / Female Warden (Girls PG)
We are looking for a disciplined, empathetic, and responsible female warden/caretaker to ensure the safety, security, and welfare of our female residents at our luxury Girls PG.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security gates, visitor logbooks, and enforce property rules
- Act as the primary point of contact for resident medical or safety concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure premium dining and cleanliness
- Provide guidance and maintain a peaceful, study-friendly environment
What We Look For
- Prior experience as a hostel warden, caretaker, or in security administration
- Empathetic personality with a strong sense of discipline and responsibility
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is an advantage
- Willingness to live on-premise (private room and meals provided)
